Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Dunedin of a Width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of April, 1935.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Dunedin City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street, described in the Schedule hereto, of a width of less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street, in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 25·8 perches, more or less, being portion of Sections 11 and 12, Ocean Beach Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89173, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in the Town of Opotiki, Gisborne Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of April, 1935.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a site for a drill-shed over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Corporation of the Borough of Opotiki.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of April, 1935.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in the Corporation of the Borough of Opotiki as an endowment in aid of the borough funds:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Corporation of the Borough of Opotiki has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Corporation of the Borough of Opotiki of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
