Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Waimatenui Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of April, 1935.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

John Henry Grimshaw,
Robert McKenzie,
Leslie Carr,
Raymond Hodge, and
Emile Schepens

to be the Waimatenui Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Waimatenui Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SECTION 12, Block II, Tutamoe Survey District: Area, 10 acres, more or less.

Extending Time for closing Poll, Auckland Transport District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of April, 1935.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1925, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby extend the hour at which the poll for the general election of members of the Auckland Transport Board, to be held on Wednesday, the eighth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, shall close, to seven o’clock in the afternoon of the day appointed.

Kenepuru Road District, Sounds County, constituted.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of April, 1935.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section thirty-five of the Local Legislation Act, 1929, the Road Boards Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby constitute the area of land described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the Sounds County, a Road District for the purposes of the Road Boards Act, 1908, to be called by the name of the Kenepuru Road District; doth hereby declare that the Board of the said district shall consist of five members; and doth hereby order that the first election of members of the said Board shall be conducted in the manner provided by section forty-eight of the Road Boards Act, 1908.

KENEPURU ROAD DISTRICT, SOUNDS COUNTY.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 54, Block VII, Gore Survey District; thence along the eastern boundaries of Sections 54 and 51, Block VII aforesaid, and the eastern boundaries of Sections 19 and 20, Block VI, Gore Survey District, to the easternmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 20 and 23, Block VI aforesaid, Section 7A, Block II, Arapawa Survey District, and Section 23, Block I, Arapawa Survey District, to Trig. Station M at the south-western corner of said Section 23; thence to and along the southern boundaries of Sections 7 and 6, Block I aforesaid, to Trig. Station N; thence along a right line to the south-western corner of Section 93, Block IV, Linkwater Survey District; thence along a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 22A, Block IV, Linkwater Survey District; thence along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 92, the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 91, the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 20, and the southern boundary of Section 90, Block IV aforesaid, to a public road at the south-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence along that road to the south-western boundary of Section 14, Block III, Linkwater Survey District; thence along a right line to the south-western corner of Section 19, Block III aforesaid; thence along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections part 6 and 3 to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of the said Section 3 and its production to the shore of Ohinetaha Bay; thence along the shore of Ohinetaha Bay to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 5, Block II, Linkwater Survey District; thence along the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 5 aforesaid to Trig. Station EE; thence south-westerly along the watershed to the western boundary of Section 3, Block II aforesaid; thence northerly along the western boundary of said Section 3 and its production to the shore of Kenepuru Sound; thence westerly along the shore of Kenepuru Sound to a point in line with the northernmost point of Section 6 (reserve), Block II aforesaid; thence along a right line to Koutawai; thence to and along the watershed to the north-eastern corner of Section 9, Block II, Linkwater Survey District; thence to and along the north-western boundary of Section 14, Block III, Orieri Survey District, to its northernmost corner; thence along a right line to the north-western corner of Section 11, Block II, Orieri Survey District; thence along the northern boundary of the said Section 11 to its easternmost corner; thence along the eastern boundary of Section 16, Block II aforesaid, to the westernmost corner of Section 180, Block II aforesaid; thence along the north-western boundary of that section and its production to the shore of Wet Inlet; thence south-easterly, easterly, and northerly along the shore of Wet Inlet to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 4, Block II aforesaid; thence to and along the south-western boundary of said Section 4 to its south-eastern corner; thence along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Section 18, Block I, Orieri Survey District, to Trig. Station Z; thence along the southern boundaries generally of Sections 16, 20, 19, and 21, Block I aforesaid, to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 21; thence along the southern boundaries of Section 24, Block I, Gore Survey District, and Sections 21 and State forest, Block II, Gore Survey District, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence along a right line due east for a distance of approximately 40 chains; thence along a right line to a point on the southern boundary of the said Block II approximately 40 chains from its south-eastern corner; thence along the southern boundaries of Blocks II and VII to the north-western boundary of Section 24, Blocks VI and VII; thence along the north-western boundary of Section 24 aforesaid, the south-western and north-western boundaries of Section 52, and the south-western and northern boundaries of Section 54, Block VII, Gore Survey District, to its north-eastern corner, the place of commencement.
