A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of street in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of street closed:—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 0·74 Lot 8, D.P. 55, being part Section 198; coloured blue.
0 0 0·79 Lot 7, D.P. 55, being part Section 198; coloured green.

Amending Regulations under the Motor-vehicles Insurance (Third-party Risks) Act, 1928.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Motor-vehicles Insurance (Third-party Risks) Act, 1928 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Administrator of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations in amendment of the Motor-vehicles Insurance (Third-party Risks) Regulations, 1934.
B
REGULATIONS.
- These regulations may be cited as the Motor-vehicles Insurance (Third-party Risks) Regulations Amendment No. 1.
- These regulations shall be read together with and deemed to form part of the Motor-vehicles Insurance (Third-party Risks) Regulations, 1934 (hereinafter called “the principal regulations”).
- Paragraph (a) of Regulation 7 of the principal regulations is hereby amended by inserting after the words “seating-capacity of the vehicle” the words “inclusive of the driver’s seat.”
- The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is hereby amended by revoking the description of motor-vehicle and the annual premium comprised in the item numbered 8D thereof, and substituting therefor the following:—

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section one hundred and thirty-nine of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the Borough of Eastbourne are hereby altered so as to include within the limits of the said borough the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land in respect of which there are no electors adjacent to the said borough.
SCHEDULE.
AREA INCLUDED IN THE BOROUGH OF EASTBOURNE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 163 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Section 48 and part Section 47, Harbour Registration District, Blocks I and IV, Pencarrow Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Sections 45 and 43, Harbour Registration District, from the westernmost corner of the said Section 45, being a point on the high-water mark of Port Nicholson, to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 43; towards the north-west by the said Section 43 to the westernmost corner of Section 46, Harbour Registration District; again towards the north-east by the said Section 46 for a distance of 3287·1 links; towards the south-east by lines bearing 233° 02′ for a distance of 438 links, 261° 05′ for a distance of 328·1 links, 260° 56′ 45″ for a distance of 1168·2 links, and 268° 50′ 20″ for a distance of 2274·5 links, to the north-western corner of Section 49, Harbour Registration District; again towards the south-east by the said Section 49 for a distance of 1381·8 links to the easternmost corner of Section 50, Harbour Registration District; towards the south-west by the said Section 50 to the high-water mark of Port Nicholson, and finally towards the north-west by the said high-water mark of Port Nicholson to the westernmost corner of Section 45, Harbour Registration District hereinbefore mentioned, the point of commencement.
