NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court dated the 22nd day of March, 1935, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £200,000 to £170,000, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above statute, were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 26th day of March, 1935.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders held on Monday, 18th March, 1935, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that at a meeting of creditors of the company held on the above date the undersigned was appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
Take notice that Thursday, the 18th day of April, 1935, is the day fixed by me on or before which day you are to prove your debts or claims and to establish any title you may have to priority under section 258 of the Companies Act, 1933, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before your debt is proved and from objecting to such distribution.

Heathcote County Loans Conversion Order, 1935.
I, CHARLES FLAVELL, Chairman of the Heathcote County Council, do hereby certify that pursuant to the provisions of subsection (2) of section 9 of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33, a resolution was duly passed at a special meeting of the Heathcote County Council held on the 15th day of March, 1935, and confirmed on the 29th day of March, 1935, providing for the issue under Part II of the said Act of New securities issued in respect of the loans set forth in the First Schedule of the Heathcote County Loans Conversion Order, 1935, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 11 on the 21st day of February, 1935, at pages Nos. 358 to 364.

I, THOMAS CHARLES ATKINSON HISLOP, Mayor of the City of Wellington, do hereby certify pursuant to the provisions of section 11 of the Slaughtering and Inspection Act, 1908, and section 2 of the Slaughtering and Inspection Amendment Act, 1927, that the Wellington City Council has by special order passed on the 1st day of March, 1935, and confirmed on the 1st day of April, 1935, duly authorized the raising of the sum of six thousand three hundred and fifty pounds (£6,350) for the establishment, reconstruction, and extension of the Wellington City Abattoir at Ngahauranga.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
The Wellington City Abattoir Loan, 1935.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and its amendments, and of all other Acts and powers enabling it in this behalf, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves on the first day of April, 1935, that for the purpose of providing interest and sinking fund and other charges on a special loan of six thousand three hundred and fifty pounds (£6,350) to be known as “the Wellington City Abattoir Loan, 1935,” authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of carrying out additions and improvements to the City Abattoirs at Ngahauranga, including the following works—Extension to beef- and mutton-hanging rooms, extension to culvert, concrete surfacing to yard, filling to site, retaining wall, new mess and change room, showers and conveniences, new one thousand (1,000) gallon blood-tank and electric pump and stage and covering to hides-room—the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one one-hundredth of a penny (1/100d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the second day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years from the first day of June, 1935, or until the loan is fully paid off.
The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Wellington City Council held on the 1st day of April, 1935.

WALLACE COUNTY COUNCIL.
APARIMA RIVER BRIDGE BY-LAW.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in that behalf it enabling, the Council of the County of Wallace doth hereby by this special order make and ordain the following by-law :—

This by-law may be cited as the Aparima River Bridge By-law, and shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 1935.

In this by-law the words “the bridge” mean the bridge over the Aparima River on the Wreys Bush-Mossburn Main Highway between Section 6, Block I, Centre Hill Survey District, and part of Section 44, Block XI, Wairaki Survey District.

No person shall drive or take or permit to be driven or taken upon or across the bridge any engine, agricultural, or other machine or vehicle of any kind which itself or together with any thing or things being transported thereon exceeds five and one-half tons in weight.

Any person committing a breach of this by-law shall for every such breach be liable to a penalty not exceeding ten pounds (£10).
The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wallace was hereunto affixed in the presence of—
