NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Auckland on the 30th April, 1935, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

ERRATUM.—In the notification dated 25th January, 1935, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 31st January, 1935, page 139, notifying the names of Officiating Ministers within the meaning of the Marriage Act, 1908, the name of “The Reverend Arthur Roxburgh Wallace” under the Church of the Province of New Zealand, commonly called the Church of England, should read “The Reverend Arthur Roxborough Wallace,” and the name of “Mr. Charles W. Brown,” under the Methodist Church of New Zealand, as “Mr. Charles William Brown,” the name of “Mr. Witeni Hotu,” under the Methodist Church of New Zealand, as “Mr. Weteni Hotu,” and the name of “The Reverend Ivan Stewart Williamson,” under the Methodist Church of New Zealand, as “The Reverend Ivan Stuart Williamson.”
