A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of stopped Government roads declared to be Crown land:—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block XII, Totoro Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block XII, Totoro Survey District, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the Mokauiti Road on the southern boundary of Rangitoto-Tuhua 61¹ 2B 2B Block, Block XII, Totoro Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction through the said Rangitoto-Tuhua 61¹ 2B 2B Block and terminating at a point near the south-eastern corner of Rangitoto-Tuhua 61⁰ 2B 1B Block, Block XII, Totoro Survey District, being a distance of 72·43 chains, more or less; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Taranaki Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89153, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of March, 1935.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Carlyle Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres 2 roods 16·1 perches.

Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 738, being part Section 9 (part Otautu Block); coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 24·5 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Lot 1, D.P. 738, being part Section 9 (part Otautu Block); coloured green.

All situated in Block III, Carlyle Survey District. (S.O. 7335.)

All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 89212, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
