the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unim-
proved value) of all rateable property of the district, and that
such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the
currency of such securities and be payable yearly on the
lst day of June in each and every year until the last maturity
date of such securities, being the 31st day of March, 1955, or
until all such securities are fully paid off.''
We certify that the above is a true copy and a correct
extract from the minutes of a meeting of the Putaruru Town
Board held on the 18th day of March, 1935.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Wellington City Empowering and
Amendment Act, 1924, and its amendments, the Public
Works Act, 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act,
1933.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-named
Acts, and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf,
to execute a certain public work—namely, for street at
Gordon Street and Florence Street in the City of Wellington
—and for the purpose of such public work the land described
in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice
is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required
to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town
Clerk to the said Council, in the Town Hall, Cuba Street,
in the said city, and is there open for inspection without fee
by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that all persons
affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking
of such land should, if they have well-grounded objections
to the execution of the said public work or to the taking
of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send such
writing within forty days from the first publication of this
notice to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town
Clerk at his said office.
SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land situated in the City of Wellington,
containing one perch and one-tenth of a perch (l l perch),
being portion of Section 990, Town of Wellington, coloured
red on the plan referred to above.

NEW ZEALAND DRYSALTERS, LIMITED.
IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that New Zealand Drysalters,
Limited, has passed a resolution for voluntary winding-
up pursuant to the provisions applicable to a creditors'
voluntary winding-up, and that a meeting of the creditors
of the said company will be held pursuant to section 234 of
the Companies Act, 1933, at the office of Mr. E. S. Wilson,
T. and G. Building, 179 Princes Street, Dunedin, on the
25th day of March, 1935, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon,
at which meeting a full statement of the position of the
company's affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the
estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the
meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance
of section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to
be liquidator of the said company, and in pursuance of section
236 of the said Act may appoint a committee of inspection.

of the above Act meetings of members and creditors
of the above association will be held on Friday, the 5th

liquidator's account of the winding up.
