IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of THE GOLD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of shareholders of the above-named company held at the registered office, 24 Water Street, Dunedin, on Friday, 8th March, 1935, the following special resolution was passed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that WILLIAM ALBERT MITSON, of Dunedin, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned WILLIAM THOMAS PARKER WELLS, of Maniaia, in Taranaki, Farmer, and JOHN FREDERICK WELLS, of Ratapiko, in Taranaki, Farmer, carrying on business as farmers at Ratapiko aforesaid under the style or firm of “W. T. and J. F. Wells,” was on the first day of June, 1934, dissolved by mutual consent.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution under section 168 (6) of the said Act was signed by all the shareholders of Lands and Finance, Limited, on the first day of March, 1934:—
“Resolved that the company go into voluntary liquidation, and that JAMES FRANCIS HOSKING be appointed liquidator.”

I, JOHN ANDREW CHARLES ALLUM, Chairman of the Auckland Transport Board, hereby certify that a resolution to issue new securities in conversion of existing securities to which the Auckland Transport Board Loans Conversion Order, 1935, applies, and to raise a loan of £7,000 for the purpose of paying cash premiums, has been duly passed and confirmed.

WHANGAROA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION STRIKING CONSOLIDATED SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Part II of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and the Whangaroa County Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (No. 1), the Whangaroa County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
“That, for the purpose of providing the half-yearly instalments of principal and interest in respect of the new securities authorized to be issued by the Whangaroa County Council under the above-mentioned Act and Order in conversion of the existing securities issued in respect of the loans set out in the First Schedule to that Order, the Whangaroa County Council hereby makes and levies a consolidated special rate of one penny and one farthing (1½d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Whangaroa, and such consolidated special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such securities and be payable half-yearly on the first days of September and March in each and every year until the maturity date of first March, 1958, or until all such securities are fully paid off.”

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the matter of THE TE ARAROA SHEEP-FARMERS’ CO-OP. TRADING CO., LTD.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at Te Araroa on the 13th March, 1935, the following special resolution was passed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that CHARLES HENRY BULL, of Gisborne, Public Accountant, be nominated as liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
At a meeting of the creditors held on the 14th March, 1935, no person was nominated as liquidator, so that the company’s nominee became liquidator under section 235.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
RESOLVED as a special resolution by entry in the minute-book of Grierson and Davis, Limited, signed by all the shareholders of the company in accordance with the provisions of section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, and as empowered by section 221 (1) (b) of the said Act:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that JOHN WILLIAM KENNETH LAWRENCE, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed sole liquidator.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Waipa County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
