Stocks of Flour, Wheat, and Oats.

A CENSUS of stocks of flour, wheat, and oats in the Dominion was taken as at the 30th November, 1934, when the following quantities were returned: Flour, 14,307 tons; wheat, 4,028,662 bushels (including 3,343,842 bushels of milling wheat), and 1,155,622 bushels of oats in grain. Returns were received covering all stocks owned or stored by millers, merchants, and farmers throughout the Dominion, with a few unimportant exceptions which would not appreciably affect the totals given.
