As the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked N. 10/13/171B, deposited in the Head Office of the Mines Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

ALEXANDRA BOROUGH ENDOWMENT.

All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 255 acres 1 rood 23 perches, more or less, being Lots 10 to 20, Land Transfer plan 3194, Block VII, Leaning Rock Survey District.
