EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 87, folio 195 (Auckland Registry), for part Lots 15, 16, 17, and 18, Block I, on deposited plan No. 804, and being part of Allotment 63 of the Parish of Takapuna, of which WILLIAM NEWTON, of Birkenhead, Farmer, is the registered proprietor having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 13th day of December, 1934.
