LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of, firstly, certificate of title, Vol. 613, folio 267 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 1, deposited plan No. 16316, being portion of Allotments 189, 264, and 265 of the Parish of Pukeatua, of which ARTHUR ROY ALBERT NICHOLS, of Auckland, Farmer, is the registered proprietor, and, secondly, Memorandum of Mortgage No. 207484 from the said ARTHUR ROY ALBERT NICHOLS as mortgagor to THOMAS ROBERT JUDD, Engineer, and JOHN BLACKWOOD JUDD, Patternmaker, both of Thames, as mortgagees of the land hereinbefore described having been lodged with me together with an application for a new certificate of title and a request to register dealings against the said Mortgage No. 207484 without requiring the production of the outstanding duplicate thereof, I am hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly and to register the said dealings against the said Mortgage No. 207484 in terms of section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 13th day of December, 1934.
