securities issued in respect of the loans set out in the First Schedule to that Order or for the purpose of providing for cash premium payments, and also the interest, sinking fund, and other charges in respect of the unconverted securities issued in respect of such loans, the said Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of thirty-two one-hundredths of a penny in the pound (32/100d.) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Hutt County, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such securities and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year until the last maturity date of such securities, being the first day of December, 1964, or until all such securities are fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed at a special meeting of the Hutt County Council held at Bowen House, Wellington, on 4th December, 1934.

NOTICE is hereby given that in compliance with section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, a meeting of the shareholders of Graziers Limited (in Liquidation) will be held at the offices of the liquidator, Grey Building, Courthouse Lane, Auckland, on Friday, the 21st day of December, 1934, at 10 a.m.
Business.—To consider, and if thought fit, to adopt the final accounts of the liquidation.
