IN pursuance of clause 4 (2) of the Henderson Town Board Loans Conversion Order, 1934, I hereby certify that the Henderson Town Board on the 11th day of September, 1934, passed a resolution in terms of the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, to issue new securities in conversion of its existing securities, and that such resolution was duly confirmed at a special meeting of the said Board held on the 25th day of September, 1934, public notice of the place and date fixed for the confirming of the said resolution having been twice given during the period intervening between the two meetings.
