APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by the MAYOR, COUNCILLORS, and CITIZENS of the City of Auckland as lessor under Lease No. 13613 of Lot 11 on Deposited Plan 1747, being part of Section 34 of the City of Auckland, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 82, folio 274 (Auckland Registry), of which JOSEPH HYMAN, of Auckland, Clerk, is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice of my intention to register such notice of re-entry upon the expiration of one month from the 15th February, 1934.
