Mining Privilege to be struck off the Register.

NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of section 188 of the Mining Act, 1926, that unless sufficient cause to the contrary is shown within three months from the date hereof the mining privilege mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register.

Revocation of Broker’s License under the Opossum Regulations, 1930.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by clause (7) of Regulation 6, Opossum Regulations, 1930, I, Malcolm Fraser, Under-Secretary of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the broker’s license to deal in opossum-skins in the Otago Acclimatization District, Number 97, dated the 1st day of June, 1933, issued to Alfred A. Campbell, Clyde Street, Balclutha.

As witness my hand at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1934.

ADVERTISEMENT OF CANCELLING.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act, 1909, by writing under his hand dated this sixth day of February, 1934, cancelled the registry of Chertsey Lodge, No. 90, of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of New Zealand Friendly Society (Register No. 146/101), held at Chertsey, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

IT is hereby notified that, pursuant to clause 7 of the First Schedule to the British Nationality and Status of Aliens (in New Zealand) Act, 1928, the Hon. the Minister of Internal Affairs, by an order dated 10th February, 1934, has revoked the Letters of Naturalization granted to Stephen Pivoch on 4th September, 1908.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Registrar dissolving a Society.

I, JOHN MORRISON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the North End Golf Club Incorporated Society is no longer carrying on its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
