  1. That such issue of new securities be known as the Featherston County Conversion Loans, 1934 (No. 3).

  2. That all debentures and coupons (if any) issued in pursuance of this resolution shall be payable at the Bank of New Zealand, Martinborough, and on presentation of any debenture or coupon for payment through any other branch of the said bank in New Zealand the exchange thereon shall be paid by the Council, and a clause to this effect shall be inserted in each debenture and each coupon.

Featherston County Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (No. 4).

I HEREBY certify that at a duly convened special meeting held at the Council Chambers, Kitchener Street, Martinborough, on the twenty-seventh day of August, 1934, the Featherston County Council duly passed the following resolution :—

That pursuant to the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and in pursuance of all powers and authorities in it vested, and with the approval of the Local Government Loans Board, the Featherston County Council doth resolve by way of special resolution under section 9 (2) of the above-mentioned Act :—

  1. That the said Council issue new securities in conversion of the existing securities of the loans set out in the Schedule hereto in accordance with the Featherston County Loans Conversion Order, 1934 (No. 4).

  2. That such issue of new securities be known as the Featherston County Conversion Loans, 1934 (No. 4).

  3. That all debentures and coupons (if any) issued in pursuance of this resolution shall be payable at the Bank of New Zealand, Martinborough, and on presentation of any debenture or coupon for payment through any other branch of the said bank in New Zealand the exchange thereon shall be paid by the Council, and a clause to this effect shall be inserted in each debenture and each coupon.
