Land set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of a provisional State forest set apart by Proclamation dated the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the fourteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall from and after the day of the gazetting hereof cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area, containing 141 acres, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest 1592, situated in Block XV, Waiwhero Survey District, and Block III, Mawheranui Survey District, bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-western corner of Section 2943; thence running due north for 3600 links; thence due east for 4428·6 links to the western boundary of Section 5, Block III, Mawheranui Survey District; thence due south along the western boundary of Section 5 to the Blackball-Moonlight Road; and thence westerly along the northern side of the Blackball-Moonlight Road to the point of commencement. Again commencing at the north-western corner of Section 2943, Block III, Mawheranui Survey District; thence running due north to the south bank of Roaring Meg Creek; thence easterly along the southern bank of the Roaring Meg Creek to the western boundary of Section 2, Block XV, Waiwhero Survey District; thence due south along the western boundary of said Section 2 to the north-eastern corner of Section 2943; and thence due west along the northern boundary of said Section 2943 to the point of commencement. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. X/98/80, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of October, 1934.

Land set apart as Portion of the National Endowment.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the national-endowment land described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 36 perches, more or less, being Allotment 195, Parish of Omaru. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2214, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 27569.)

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of national-endowment land in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, containing by admeasurement 745 acres 3 roods 5·22 perches, more or less,

and being the residue of Allotment 167B, Parish of Omaru, which said allotment was described in the Fourth Schedule of the Land Act, 1908, as 758 acres in Block IV, Tokatoka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2214A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged blue. (North Auckland plans 6023c, 18062, 22855, and 27569.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of October, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Whakarara Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 7 acres 3 roods 2·9 perches.
Being portion of Whakarara Block.

Situated in Block XIII, Whakarara Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27629.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 88218, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of October, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 20 perches.
Adjoining or passing through railway land and part Lot 1, D.P. 2716, being part of Section 3.

Situated in Block IV, Ohura Survey District. (S.O. 7327.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87460, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of October, 1934.
