NOTICE is hereby given that Rexona Proprietary, Limited,
a company incorporated under the Companies Act of
the State of New South Wales, intends at the expiration of
three months from the date of the first publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette to cease to have a place of
business in New Zealand.

NOTICE is hereby given that a third and final dividend
of 2s. 7d. in the pound, making in all 7s. 7d. in the
pound, is now payable at this office to all creditors who have
proved their claims against the above companies which are
in liquidation.
