the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent, subject to the condition contained in the First Schedule hereto, to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Westland County Council on the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to the acquisition of land by the said Council for such purpose.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
CONDITION SUBJECT TO WHICH CONSENT IS HEREBY GIVEN.
The Westland County Council shall obtain the approval of the Minister of Defence before making any by-laws pursuant to section 6 of the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act, 1929.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
RESERVE 355, Sections 994, 1332, 1465, part Section 1330, part Section 1652 (being Lots 1, 2, and 3, and part Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 142), part Section 1461, part Section 1644, Crown land, and Road Reserve, comprising approximately 61 acres; all situated in Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District, County of Westland, Land District of Westland.

Declaring Portions of Roads in Block IX, Teviotdale Survey District, to be Government Roads.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1934.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of roads declared to be Government roads: 4 acres 1 rood 24·8 perches.
Adjoining part Reserves 2777 and 89.
Situated in Block IX, Teviotdale Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. R.D. 963/472.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83620, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Extending Time preventing Persons from applying for Receiver, &c., for Thames Harbour Board Loans.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1934.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section ten of the Thames Harbour Board Loans Adjustment Act, 1932–33, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby further extend until the thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, the time within which no person shall take any steps to enforce payment of the principal or interest of any of the loans referred to in the said section ten or any part of any such loans.

Delegating Powers under the Cemeteries Act, 1908.—(H.C. 124.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1934.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby delegate to the several Councils of counties named in the first column of the Schedule hereto the powers conferred upon him by section four of the said Act of appointing and removing trustees (including trustees heretofore appointed) in respect of the cemeteries respectively specified in the second column of the said Schedule opposite the names of such Councils by the names by which they are generally known and respectively situate in the counties the Councils of which are named as aforesaid, and doth order that this Order in Council shall take effect from the date of the publication hereof in the Gazette.

Fixing the Rate of Interest payable on the Amount of Loans granted under Section 22 of the State Advances Amendment Act, 1922, and Section 9 of the Finance Act, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on him by section nine of the Finance Act, 1933, and by the State Advances Act, 1913, and of all other powers and authorities in that behalf enabling him, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that interest on the amount of loans repayable on demand granted under section twenty-two of the State Advances Amendment Act, 1922, as amended by section nine of the Finance Act, 1933, and for the time being outstanding shall be payable at the rate of five per centum per annum.
