HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Valuation of Land Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Richard Erle Bunny, Esquire,
to be an Assessor for the Hawke’s Bay Land District.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Motupiko Survey District, Nelson Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1934.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for Post and Telegraph Department purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for accommodation-house purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Opunake Athenaeum (Incorporated).

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1934.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is vested in the Opunake Athenaeum (Incorporated), in trust, for a site for an athenaeum by virtue of an Order in Council dated the eighteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of that month, the said Order in Council having been issued pursuant to section four of the Public Reserves Act, 1881:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Opunake Athenaeum (Incorporated) has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Opunake Athenaeum (Incorporated) of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Block XXVII, Town of Opunake, Taranaki Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of September, 1934.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a site for an athenaeum:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a municipal endowment:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a site for an athenaeum to a reserve for a municipal endowment.
