Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby give notice, pursuant to subsection two of section seven of the said Act, that it is my intention to issue an Order in Council under the provisions of subsection one (b) of section seven of the said Act declaring that the reservation for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be cancelled.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being part Section 1 and part Section 2, Block I, Kerepeehi Township, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by part Tiritiri No. 8b 3 Block, 752·6 links; towards the north-east by part Section 2 of the aforesaid Block I, Kerepeehi Township, 952·5 links; towards the south-east and south-west by a public road 100 links wide, 807·3 and 782 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 6/1/145, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 7th day of August, 1934.

Captain J. A. Lambden, M.C., Reserve of Officers, Australian Military Forces, to be Captain, and is posted to the 1st Battalion. Dated 25th June, 1934.
