IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

THE following special resolution was passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held on the 24th day of July, 1934:-

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 12th day of July, 1934, presented to the Honourable Sir Alexander Lawrence Herdman, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by the Bank of New Zealand, of corner of

Lambton Quay and Willis Street, Wellington, a creditor of the said company. And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at Auckland on the 20th day of August, 1934, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

In accordance with subsection (7) of section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, notice is hereby given that the following extraordinary resolution was passed on the 3rd day of August, 1934:-
"That J. F. Shanley and Co., Ltd., cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up."
And notice is further given that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at No. 46 Yorkshire House, Shortland Street, Auckland, at 3 p.m. on Monday, the 13th August, 1934. In order to facilitate the investigation of the affairs of the company you are requested if possible to bring with you an account and statement showing the exact amount owing to you by the above-named company.
