under the loan authority hereinbefore referred to the sum of two thousand eight hundred pounds (£2,800), being the amount in respect of which the said loan authority has not been exercised: Provided always that this cancellation is without prejudice to the validity in all respects of the loan of seven thousand two hundred pounds (£7,200) already borrowed pursuant to the said loan authority.

Classification of Roads in Murchison County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Murchison County Council’s proposed alteration in the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto and situated in Murchison County.
SCHEDULE.
MURCHISON COUNTY.
Road classified in Class Three: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 6½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 10 tons:—
Murchison–Reefton Main Highway No. 162 (all that portion from its junction with the Nelson–Inangahua Junction Main Highway at Murchison to its junction with the private road giving access to Wynndale Coal-mine, a distance of approximately 2¾ miles).

Classification of Roads in Hutt County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby revoke that portion of the Warrant classifying roads in the Hutt County, dated the 31st day of October, 1928, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 82 of the 1st day of November, 1928, and do hereby revoke also the Warrant classifying roads in the Hutt County, dated the 23rd day of February, 1931, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 15 of the 28th day of the same month; and do hereby declare that the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in the Hutt County, shall belong to the respective classes of roads shown in the said Schedule.

HUTT COUNTY.
Roads classified in Class Two: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 8 tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 12 tons:—

Wellington–Napier via Wairarapa Main Highway No. 15 (that portion within Hutt County from the northern boundary of Lower Hutt Borough to the southern boundary of Upper Hutt Borough).
Lower Hutt–Eastbourne Main Highway No. 378 (all that portion within Hutt County).
Roads classified in Class Three: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle) which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 6½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which, with the load it is carrying, weighs not more than 10 tons:—
