Time for Preparation of Valuation Roll, Grey County, under
Section 49 of the Rating Act, 1925, extended.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of
July, 1934.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the County Council of the Grey County
having failed, through misadventure, to prepare the
valuation roll of mining property in the Grey County in the
month of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
four, as required by section forty-nine of the Rating Act,
1925, it is expedient to extend the time for preparing the
said roll as hereinbefore mentioned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General, in
order that the purpose and intent of the said Rating Act,
1925, may have effect, and in pursuance and exercise of the
powers vested in him by the said Act, and acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
extend the time for the preparation of the valuation roll for
the Grey County under the Rating Act, 1925, until the
fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
four, and doth also hereby extend the time within which the
valuers shall give notice of the rateable value determined
by them to each occupier so that such notices may be given
on or before the sixteenth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-four, and that objections to such valua-
tions may be made on or before the thirtieth day of July, one
thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

Regulations relating to Transfer of Passenger-service Licenses
and Goods-service Licenses in terms of Section 20 of the
Transport Law Amendment Act, 1933.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of
July, 1934.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him
by the Transport Licensing Act, 1931, the Transport
Law Amendment Act, 1933, and all other powers enabling
him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby make the following regulations.
REGULATIONS.
- THESE regulations may be cited as the Transport Licenses
(Transfer) Regulations, 1934. - Every application for transfer of a license in terms of
section 20 of the Transport Law Amendment Act, 1933, or
section 20 (from 1933 Act) of the Transport (Goods) Order,
1933-34, shall be made in duplicate in the form numbered
T.L. 34 set out in the Schedule hereto. - The fees payable in respect of each application for transfer
shall be as follows:
(1) Accompanying every application for transfer £ s. d.
of a continuous or seasonal passenger-service
license
(2) Accompanying every application for transfer
of a continuous goods-service license in
respect of each vehicle authority authorized
by the relative license
(3) Accompanying every application for transfer
of a seasonal goods-service license in respect
of each vehicle authority authorized by the
relative license - If transfer of a license is granted it shall be sufficient
evidence of the fact for the purposes of the Transport Licensing
Act, 1931, the Transport Law Amendment Act, 1933, the
Transport (Goods) Order, 1933-34, and any regulations issued
thereunder if the license or (in the case of a goods-service
license) any vehicle authority relating thereto is endorsed
No. 53
to the following effect, and the endorsement is signed by the
secretary or any member of the respective licensing autho-
rity:

GOODS-SERVICE LICENSE.

of the goods-service/passenger-service license, particulars of
which are given below, and I declare that to the best of my
knowledge and belief the statements made herein are true,
correct, and complete in every particular.

signed by the Clerk or other duly authorized officer, and the name
of the authority should be given.]
