Crown Land set apart as Part of a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as part of a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WESTLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area of Crown land in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 52 acres, more or less, situated in Block V, Totara Survey District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the western boundary of Block V, Totara Survey District, 884 links due north of Reserve 210, Ross Borough Endowment; thence running 21° 9' for 5553·4 links; thence 270° for 2003·7 links; and thence 180° for 5179·3 links to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 132/21, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of June, 1934.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
ALL those pieces or parcels of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 0 roods 4·1 perches, more or less, being parts of Lot 2, D.P. 3449, part of the Hapoo Block, situated in Block VI, Ongo Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked 61/36, deposited in the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of July, 1934.

Land in the North Auckland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1925, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto has been disposed of by way of sale for cash and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment land as from the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 15, Block VI, Kerikeri Survey District: Area, 118 acres 3 roods. (North Auckland plan S.O. 27445.)

Revoking the Setting-apart of Crown Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Ordinary Tenures, in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Amendment Act, 1919, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the first day of December then instant, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
Stratford County.—Omena Survey District.
SECTION 5, Block VII: Area, 650 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of June, 1934.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Kanieri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 8 acres 3 roods 2 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Crown land.
Situated in Block V, Kanieri Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3088.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 87453, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of July, 1934.
