SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, being the Borough
of Alexandra, bounded towards the north-west and north-
east by Block VII, Leaning Rock Survey District; towards
the south-east by the Manuherikia River, and towards the
south-west by the Clutha River, and excepting out of the
above-described area Sections 2 to 9 and part of Enterprise
Street, Block XXXVII, Section 4, Block XLII, Sections
35, 44, and 45, Block II, Section 9, Block XIV, part of Block
XVII with a frontage of 300 links to Dunorling Street, the
riverbank reserve from Town Belt at Block XVIII to Block
XXXIX, the public road from Section 4, Block XLII,
to Bridge Reserve, Block XVII, the Crown land bounded
by the Town Belt, Blocks XIX, XXXIV, and XL, to the
southern corner of Lot 4, Land Transfer Plan 2690; thence
by a straight line to the western corner of a residence area;
thence by a straight line to the western corner of another
residence area, to the southern corner of said residence area;
thence by a straight line to Block XVII to a point 2 chains
north-east from the Clutha River; by Block XVII and the
Clutha River. As the same is shown on the plan marked
Mines N. 6/4/18A, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Mines, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
All that area in the Otago Land District, being the Borough
of Cromwell, bounded towards the north-west by Blocks I
and III, Cromwell Survey District; towards the north-east
by Block III, Cromwell Survey District, and Block V, Wake-
field Survey District; towards the south-east by the Clutha
River and the Kawarau River, and towards the south-west
by Block I, Cromwell Survey District, and excepting out of
the above-described area Block VII, Town of Cromwell,
Sections 8, 9, 18, and 19, Block II, Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, Block
III, part of Town Belt between Achil Street and Clutha River,
part of Town Belt between Cromwell-Queenstown Road and
Kawarau River, Crown land between Blocks XVIII, XXVI,
XXXIV, LXXXIX, XC, and XCI, and the Clutha River,
and Crown land bounded by Melmore Terrace, Blocks IX
and XXVII, the Clutha and Kawarau Rivers, and part
of the Town Belt; and part of Melmore Terrace fronting
Blocks LXXXV and LXXXVI. As the same is shown on
the plan marked Mines N. 6/4/18B, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Mines, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section fifty-five of the Cemeteries Act,
1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
The Waimate County Council
to be trustees of the Waimate Public Cemetery as described
in the Schedule hereto and to have the control and manage-
ment of the said cemetery.

WAIMATE PUBLIC CEMETERY.
ALL that area containing 5 acres 3 roods, more or less, being
Section 70, Waimate Survey District, Canterbury Land
District.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
