BANKRUPTCY NOTICES.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
Northern District,
(Auckland Registry).

In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, and in the
matter of the Estate of HANNAH COSSILL, late of
Whangarei. Married Woman (deceased).

I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Supreme
Court, Auckland, dated the 18th day of May, 1934, I
was appointed administrator of the estate of the above-named
Hannah Cossill (deceased) under Part IV of the said Act, and
I hereby call a meeting of creditors, to be held in the Court-
house, Whangarei, on Wednesday, the 30th day of May, 1934,
at 10 o'clock a.m.

All claims against the above estate must be lodged with
me, by proof of debt, on or before the 18th July, 1934.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 304,
f0lio 188, for part of Lot 28 on Deposited Plan No. 7374,
being part of Section 21 of Block II of the Maketu Survey
District, of which ROBERT KING AND COMPANY, LIMITED, of
Te Puke, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with
me, together with a request to register a dealing against the
said certificate of title without requiring the production of the
outstanding duplicate thereof, notice is hereby given of my
intention to register the said dealing against the said certificate
of title in terms of section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915,
upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 31st day of
May, 1934.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a
provisional occupation license issued in pursuance of
the Hutt Valley Lands Settlement Act, 1925, in the name of
JOHN MICHAEL MOLLOY, of Melrose, Carpenter, for
25·8 perches, more or less, being Lot 3, Block VIII, Hutt
Valley Settlement, Belmont Survey District, shown on
Deposited Plan No. 8027, and being all the land comprised

Registry), and evidence having been lodged of the loss or
destruction of the said occupation license, I hereby give
notice that I will issue the provisional occupation license as
requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.

a new certificate of title in the name of WILLIAM
CAHILL, formerly of Mosgiel, but now of Tahakopa, Farmer,

said township deposited in the Land Registry Office, Dunedin,

Volume 67, folio 157 (Otago Registry), and evidence having
been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby
give notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificate
of title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.

Registry), for Section 34, Block II, St. Bathans Survey
District, whereof MAUD ALICE PAULEY, wife of THOMAS
JAMES PAULEY, of St. Bathans, Farmer, is the registered
lessee, and application having been made to me for the issue
of a provisional occupation lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give
notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional occupa-
tion lease accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

day of May, 1934.

made to me for the issue of a provisional lease in perpetuity
in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice that it is my intention
to issue such provisional lease in perpetuity accordingly at
the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.
