Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Assistant Registrar dissolving a Society.
LEONARD GRAY TUCK, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the Dunedin Branch of the Overseas Club, Incorporated, has disbanded and is no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections will be offered for sale for cash by public auction at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Government Buildings, Auckland, on Thursday, 5th July, 1934, at 2.30 o'clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

These sections in the Town of Mercer occupy a low-lying piece of country between the Great South Road and Mercer Railway-station and the Waikato River, and being from 5 ft. to 6 ft. below the level of the Great South Road are subject to flooding from both the Waikato and Maungatawhiri Rivers. Sections 7 to 12 of Block V front the Great South Road, but the other sections front an unformed road only.
Special condition.—Purchasers are to have sections surveyed at their own expense before titles issue. Areas subject to slight alteration on completion of survey.

North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, 30th May, 1934.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned property is open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Monday, 23rd July, 1934.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Wednesday, 25th July, 1934, at 10 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SECOND-CLASS LAND.
Whangarei County.—Waikare Parish.
(Exempt from payment of rent for three years.*)
SECTIONS N. 53 and 54 : Area, 140 acres. Capital value, £70; half-yearly rent, £18s.
- The sections are exempt from payment of rent for three years conditionally upon improvements to the value of £20 in addition to those imposed by section 186 of the Land Act, 1924, being effected annually.
Area subject to alteration on completion of survey.
Sections are situated on the Pataua-Parua Bay metalled cart-road fifteen miles distant from Whangarei. The land, which is mostly easy undulating, comprises a worked-out gumfield, all open country covered with light tea-tree and gorse with patches of wild danthonia. The soil is of clay and is poorly watered by a swampy creek. Elevation from 50 ft. to 250 ft. above sea-level.

Applicants should appear personally for examination at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Wednesday, 20th June, 1934, at 10 a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SECOND-CLASS LAND.
Whangarei County.—Hukerenui Survey District.

SECTION 11, Block IV : Area, 924 acres O roods 16 perches. Capital value, £460 ; half-yearly rent, £9 4s.
Loaded with £300 for improvements, to be paid in cash or by deposit of £30, and the balance to be secured by mortgage under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act for thirty-four years and a half; half-yearly instalments of principal and interest, £8 15s. 6d.
Land is situated on the Puhipuhi-Whakapara Road, eight miles from Whakapara, two miles and a half from Puhipuhi School, and twelve miles from Hikurangi. Access is from Whakapara by metalled road.
The land, which is suitable for grazing sheep, consists of about 200 acres of plateau flat somewhat stony in grass and fern, 200 acres of green bush, 200 acres of fern ridges with some grass and rough feed, and 324 acres of rough broken gullies in fern. The soil is of a semi-volcanic nature and clay resting on ironstone rock; watered by streams in gullies. Subdivided into two paddocks.
Improvements consist of four-roomed cottage (valued at £100), woolshed (valued at £15), and an outshed (valued at £10), 55 chains boundary-fencing (seven wires, totara posts),
