The lake on Section 1, Wilden Settlement, Wart Hill Survey District, and all the land included in an area of three-quarters of a mile surrounding the said lake (the property of Mr. Geo. R. Young).

Notification of the Approval of Rules, Waimate Acclimatization Society.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 25 of the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, I hereby notify that a copy of the rules made by the Waimate Acclimatization Society on the 19th day of February, 1934, has been forwarded to me and was approved on the 26th day of April, 1934.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the persons whose names and addresses are shown in the Schedule hereunder are engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of either of the said persons shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to either of the said persons (either by her own or any fictitious or assumed name), or addressed to either of the addresses in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block VI, Motatau Survey District, for the Purposes of a Native School.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a Native school: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Tautoro, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Notice to Owner of Land under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II: Unclaimed Lands.
TO the owner of all that parcel of land situate in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing 32 perches, more or less, being Allotment 21 of Block 2 on the plan of the Township of Normanby, deposited as No. 8, which said piece of land is part of Rural Allotment No. 561, Patea District, and the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 4, folio 111 (Taranaki Registry), in the name of George Gordon, of Normanby, Labourer: Whereas after due inquiry the owner of the above-described land cannot be found: And whereas the said owner has no known agent or agents in New Zealand: Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner within six months from the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land and if he does not do so the Public Trustee will exercise with regard to the said land all the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.
