Land taken for the Purposes of a Fire-brigade-station Site in the Borough of Mosgiel.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a fire-brigade-station site, and shall vest in the Mosgiel Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

Situated in Block II, East Taieri Survey District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86994, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of April, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 4·6 perches.
Being Lot 323 on D.P. 14289, being portion O.L.C. 7.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wellington—New Plymouth Railway, Wellington—Tawa Flat Deviation.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Block XI, Matakoe Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the thirteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 85, of the nineteenth day of the same month, taking land for the purposes of a road in Block XI, Matakoe Survey District, as affects the area of 1 acre 0 roods 18·5 perches mentioned in the Schedule to the said Proclamation.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of April, 1934.

Apportionment of Representation on the Lake Wakatipu Electric-power Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 27th day of April, 1934.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby determine with respect to the Lake Wakatipu Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted by Proclamation dated the twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 5, of the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, that the number of representatives of each constituent district on the Board of the said district shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district.
