ERRATUM.—In the third line of the Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 14th day of December, 1933, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 87 of the 21st day of the same month, at page 3406, defining the middle-line of a road in Block I, Kongahu Survey District, viz., a deviation of the Granite Creek Road, read “south-easterly” in lieu of “south-westerly.”

Additional Land at Papakura taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Papakura, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 23·56 perches. Portion of road, Block IV, Drury Survey District, Papakura Town District. (S.O. 27453, blue.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 2880, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of January, 1934.

A
Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Road in the County of Westland, at Mananui.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Greymouth–Ross Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a road :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Westland County Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land : 1 acre 2 roods 2·2 perches, 4 acres 2 roods 9·4 perches, and 1 rood 26·8 perches.

In the Westland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 2879, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of January, 1934.
