District Valuation Rolls revised as at 31st March, 1934.

IT is hereby notified that the district valuation rolls for the undermentioned districts have been revised under the Valuation of Land Act, 1925, as at 31st March, 1934. The revised rolls, in cases where they have not already been placed on public inspection, will be placed on public inspection in due course at the office of the rating authority in each revised district.

Colours: Navy blue, azure blue, white, and red.
Hatband: A navy-blue hatband 2 in. wide with the following horizontal stripes commencing 3/8 in. from either edge:—

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section will be offered for lease by public auction at the District Lands and Survey Office, Nelson, on Tuesday, 15th May, 1934, at 11 o’clock a.m., under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908, and amendments.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

Murchison County.—Burnett Survey District.

SECTION 18, Block III, Burnett Survey District: Area, 628 acres. Upset annual rental, £8 6s.*

This section is situated on the Mid-Maruia Road, four miles from Paenga Post-office and School, twenty-eight miles and a half from Murchison Dairy Factory and Saleyards, and fifty-four miles from Glenhope Railway-station. Cream collected four miles from section. Access is by twenty-seven miles metalled road, one mile not metalled, and thirty-five chains unformed road from Murchison. The land which is suitable
