IN accordance with the provisions of subsection (3) of section 11 of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, it is hereby notified for public information that

Mr. William Christopher Barry, Director of the Livestock Division of the Department of Agriculture, Wellington,

has been appointed by me to receive and determine appeals lodged in accordance with the provisions of the said subsection.

This revokes the appointment of Mr. Joseph Lyons made on the 23rd September, 1925, and gazetted in the New Zealand Gazette on the 1st day of October, 1925.
