DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between MYRTLE EVELYN O’CONNOR and ELEANORA GEERE WATSON, carrying on business as Hairdressers at King’s Chambers, under the style of “Redpath and Watson,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 20th day of February, 1934.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of the THE WANGANUI BUILDING SOCIETY AND LAND AGENCY COMPANY, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Wanganui District, dated the 23rd day of February, 1934, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £3,750 to £3,000, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the said company as altered the several particulars required by the above Act, were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 1st day of March, 1934.

OUTRAM TOWN BOARD (NEW ZEALAND).
CONVERSION under the Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932–33, and the Outram Town Board Loan Conversion Order, 1933, of debentures issued in respect of the following loan:—
Name: Water-supply Loan, 1927. Amount, £1,500. Original rate of interest: 6 per cent. Existing rate of interest: 4½ per cent. Maturity date: 1st October, 1947. Premiums payable per £500 of existing securities: £27 12s. 1d.
Notice is hereby given to the holders of debentures issued by the Outram Town Board in respect of the above-mentioned loan that it is intended to convert all such debentures (except those in respect of which dissent is duly signified) into new debentures having new maturity dates and bearing interest at 4½ per cent. per annum.
The conversion will take effect from the first day of April, 1934.
Application for conversion must be made in writing and be accompanied by the securities to which it relates.
Dissent from the conversion of any existing debentures may be signified by the holder by notice in writing delivered to the Clerk of the Outram Town Board at the Board’s office at Outram on or before the 14th day of April, 1934.
If notice of dissent from the conversion of any debentures is not received by that date the debentures will be converted.
The rate of interest on any debentures in respect of which dissent is signified as aforesaid will by virtue of section 18 of the above-mentioned Act be reduced to two-thirds of the original rate as from the first day of April, 1934.
Further particulars as to the new debentures and the conversion generally may be obtained from the Clerk of the Outram Town Board at the address aforesaid.
