Appointment of Member of Island Council of Pukapuka revoked and Appointment made in lieu thereof.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
PURSUANT to section sixty-five of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, and to an Order in Council made on the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, His Excellency the Governor-General doth hereby appoint Rakuraku to be a member of the Island Council of Pukapuka during his pleasure as from the date hereof, in lieu of Toma, whose appointment is hereby revoked.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 28th day of February, 1934.

PURSUANT to section sixty-five of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, and to an Order in Council made thereunder on the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, establishing Island Councils in the Cook Islands and determining the constitution thereof, His Excellency the Governor-General doth hereby revoke the appointments of the present members of the Island Council of Atiu, and in lieu thereof doth hereby appoint
Matenga,
Arepuu,
Kakepare,
Ngapaku, and
Tangata Mare
to be members of the said Island Council of Atiu, to hold office during his pleasure as from the date hereof.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 28th day of February, 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-nine of the Local Legislation Act, 1933, and by section seventeen of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of any other power in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Herbert Edward Fincham, Esquire, and
Alexander Cowie, Esquire,
both of Hawarden, Farmers, to be the representatives on the North Canterbury Electric-power Board of the constituent district of portion of the County of Waipara.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 3rd day of March, 1934.
