LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of firstly, certificate of title, Vol. 49, folio 291 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 3 and part of Lot 4, Deposited Plan 123, and being part of Allotment 22 of Section 2 of the Suburbs of Auckland, of which JOHN MONDS, of Auckland, Labourer, is the registered proprietor, and secondly, certificate of title, Vol. 68, folio 83 (Auckland Registry), for the south-eastern part of Lot 4 of the subdivision of Allotment 22 of Section 2 of the Suburbs of Auckland, of which the said JOHN MONDS is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me, together with an application for the issue of new certificates of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 11th January, 1934.
