NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between CHARLES ALLAN NETTING and GEORGE CAMPBELL O’MALLEY, carrying on the business of Contractors, at Waiau, under the name “Netting and O’Malley,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirtieth day of November, 1933. In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of BARRETT’S LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office and carrying on business at Ashburton.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court dated the 12th day of December, 1933, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £9,000 to £6,000 (such reduction being effected by payment to the shareholders of the company of portion of the paid-up capital) and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above statute, was registered by the Assistant Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 14th day of December, 1933. The said minute is in the words and figures following :—

“The capital of Barrett’s Limited is £6,000 divided into 12,000 shares of ten shillings each, instead of £9,000 divided into 9,000 shares of one pound each. At the date of the registration of this minute each of the said 12,000 shares of ten shillings each is to be deemed to be fully paid up.”
