A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maramarua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
1 acre 3 roods 8·5 perches.
Being portion of national-endowment land, Whangamarino Parish.

Situated in Block XVI, Maramarua Survey District. (S.O. plan 27204.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 9/2832B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2666, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1933.
