Lands in the Auckland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto has been disposed of by way of sale on deferred payment, and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-endowment land as from the dates shown in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 3, Block XVI, Maramarua Survey District: Area, 155 acres 3 roods—as from 18th May, 1933.
Section 4, Block XVI, Maramarua Survey District: Area, 103 acres 0 roods 15 perches—as from 30th September, 1933.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1933.

Provisional State Forests set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the provisional State forests described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 13,515 acres, more or less, being Provisional State Forest No. 103 (Gazette, 1922, page 1311—ordinary provisional State forest, 220 acres) and Provisional State Forest No. 104 (Gazette, 1922, page 1311—national-endowment provisional State forest, 13,295 acres), situated in Blocks IX, X, XIII, XIV, and XV, Kaeo Survey District, and Blocks I and II, Omapere Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-west by the Mangakino Stream and Allotment 137, Pupuke Parish; towards the north by Allotment 141 (E.R.), Pupuke Parish, a public road, and a State forest (Gazette, 1906, page 1428); towards the north-east by Native land; towards the south-east by Section 5, Block XV aforesaid, the abutment of a public road, Section 1s, Puketi Settlement, the abutment of a public road, again by Section 1s aforesaid, part of Lots 8 and 9 of Old Land Claim No. 15 (State forest—Gazette, 1927, page 3453), another part of Lot 9 aforesaid, Section 3 (Puketi Scenic Reserve), Section 1, Block II aforesaid, the abutment of a public road, the Waihoanga Stream and Whakanekeke Nos. 3a 3, C 2, C 3, C 1, and D 1 Blocks; and towards the west by the Waipapa River and the Mangapapa Stream. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 5/10, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green. (North Auckland plan S.O. 27261.)
