and that the official liquidator be empowered to exercise from time to time all or any of the powers set forth in section 195 of the said Act (excepting only the power set forth in subsection (g) of the said section 195) without the sanction or intervention of this Court; and also to apply to this Court for the adoption of all or any of the proceedings taken in the Court of the voluntary winding-up of the said company; and further that the petitioners be allowed their costs as taxed of and incidental to the said petition.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders held on the 12th December, 1933, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of shareholders that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that REGINALD BURGOYNE FROUDE, Accountant, of Taumarunui, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of carrying out such winding-up.”

“ That the company of G. J. Rowe, Limited, be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. A. M. SEAMAN be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

Single copies of the Gazette as follows:—
Ordinary Weekly Gazette: For the first 32 pages, 9d., increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d.; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
