ERRATUM.—In Gazette No. 82 of the 7th of December, on page 3198, the heading of the Order in Council dated the 4th day of December, 1933, vesting the control of reserves in the Rangitikei County Council, to read “for” for “or.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the national-endowment land described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 13 perches, more or less, being Section 20, Block VIII, Mangakahia Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 34/69/1A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 26541.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of national-endowment land in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei County, described in the Fourth Schedule of the Land Act, 1908, as 576 acres, situated in Blocks VII and VIII, Mangakahia Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Part of Dusky Plantation.
ALL those areas in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 39 acres 0 roods 6 perches, more or less, being formerly public roads closed by a Proclamation dated the 21st June, 1933 (Gazette, 1933, page 1673), situated in Blocks XIII and XVI, Greenvale Survey District, and described as follows:—
All that area containing by admeasurement 32 acres, more or less, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east by Run 212G and Section 12, Block XIII aforesaid; towards the south-west by a public road; towards the west by Section 13, Block XIII aforesaid, and Run 212E; and towards the north-west by a public road and Run 212F.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 7 acres 0 roods 6 perches, more or less, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east and north-east by Sections 14 and 1209R, again by the said Sections 14 and 1209R, and again by Section 14 and by Section 13, Block XIII aforesaid; again towards the east by a public road; towards the south-west and west by Sections 18 and 1209R, again by Section 18, by Section 15, again by Sections 18 and 1209R, and by Section 14, Block XIII aforesaid; and towards the north by Run 212E.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 204/41, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of December, 1933.
