In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of KEEGAN, HEIGHWAY, AND SHARP, LTD., Timber-merchants, Onehunga.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a resolution dated 4th December, 1933, the above company went into voluntary liquidation, and the undersigned was appointed Liquidator of the said company. All persons and firms having claims against the above company are requested to lodge same with the Liquidator not later than the 20th December.

Business: To submit the liquidator’s final report as to the manner in which the liquidation has been conducted and the assets disposed of, and, generally, to offer any explanation that may be required of me.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the shareholders of the above company held on the 24th day of October, 1933, the following resolution was passed:—

“Tha the company go into voluntary liquidation, and that for the purpose of such liquidation Mr. J. BENJAMIN, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator.”

All creditors having claims against the above company are required to furnish particulars of same on or before the 20th day of December, 1933, otherwise they are liable to be excluded from the distribution of funds.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of £4 per annum, including postage, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.

Single copies of the Gazette as follows:—
Ordinary Weekly Gazette: For the first 32 pages, 9d., increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.
Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding 32 pages, 9d.; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent 16 pages or part thereof; postage, 1d.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.

Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding publication.
