Vesting the Control of Reserves or Resting-places for Travelling Stock in the Rangitikei County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been permanently reserved as resting-places for travelling stock: And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserves should be vested in the Rangitikei County Council:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby vest the control of the said reserves in the Rangitikei County Council.

SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 5, Block IV, Maungakaretu Survey District Area, 2 acres 1 rood 16 perches, more or less.
Also Section 20, Suburbs of Mataroa Township: Area, 3 acres 1 rood 8 perches, more or less.

Withdrawing Land from the Operation of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and sixty-two of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Order in Council on the recommendation of the Land Board, declare that any land comprised in a kauri-gum reserve shall, from a date to be specified in the Order, cease to be subject to the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908, and on and after the date so specified the land to which the Order relates shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924:

And whereas the Land Board of the North Auckland Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that portion of the Opoe Kauri-gum Reserve Extension No. 2, as described in the Schedule hereto, be excepted from the operations of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section one hundred and sixty-two of the Land Act, 1924, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the portion of the Opoe Kauri-gum Reserve Extension No. 2, as described in the Schedule hereto, shall, from the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, cease to be subject to the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, situate in Block V, Opoe Survey District, containing by admeasurement 66 acres 2 roods 5 perches, more or less, being portion of the Opoe Kauri-gum Reserve Extension No. 2 described in New Zealand Gazette, 1899, No. 60, page 1302. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/25089, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan S.O. 27435.)

Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—ROTORUA FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
(Part of Kaingaroa Plantation.)

ALL those areas in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 6 perches, 5·3 perches, 1 rood 5·2 perches, 5·6 perches, 39·1 perches, 4·3 perches, 14·3 perches, 16·2 perches, 1 acre 0 roods 14·4 perches, and 13·3 perches, more or less, being formerly a public road closed by a Proclamation dated 28th August, 1933 (Gazette, 1933, page 2125), and situated in Block XVI, Kaingaroa Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 47/35, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. plan 26816.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1933.

GOD SAVE THE KING!

Authorizing Erection of a Public Hall on Mairangi Bay Domain, North Auckland Land District.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection one (d) of section fifty-two of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Mairangi Bay Domain Board to erect a public hall on that portion of the Mairangi Bay Domain under its control described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being part Lot 94, on Plan No. 18893, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being part Allotment 194, Takapuna Parish, situate in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District, and being portion of the Mairangi Bay Domain: Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by other part Lot 94 on Plan No. 18893 aforesaid, 250 and 100 links respectively; towards the south-east by part Allotment S.E. 194, Takapuna Parish, 250 links; and towards the south-west by part Allotment N.W. 194, Takapuna Parish, 100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/957c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 2nd day of December, 1933.
