licensee *) was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Motukaraka, Hokianga Harbour, as a site for a wharf, for a term of seven years from the ninth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one :
And whereas the licensee has applied to have the hereinbefore-recited license revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, as from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

Revoking the Reservation over a Reserve in Longwood Survey District, Southland Land District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation as a rifle range reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 14, Block X, Longwood Survey District : Area, 32 acres 2 roods 13 perches, more or less.

Revoking the Declaration of Portions of Main Highways and declaring a Public Highway to be a Main Highway.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section three of the Main Highways Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that on and after the date of publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette the portions of main highways described in the First Schedule hereto shall cease to be main highways, and doth further declare that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be a main highway within and for the purposes of the Main Highways Act, 1922.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
HIGHWAY DISTRICT No. 6.
Mokauiti-Takiri.—All that portion of main highway in the Waitomo County declared as portion of the Mokauiti-Takiri Main Highway, commencing at its junction with the Pio Pio-Tatu Main Highway in Section B 3c 2a, Block X, Totoro Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction via the Mokauiti Road and terminating at its junction with the Ramaroa Road, being a distance of 9 miles, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered P.W.D. 86463, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured maroon.
HIGHWAY DISTRICT No. 17.
Mosgiel Junction - Middlemarch.—All that portion of main highway in the Taieri County declared as portion of the Mosgiel Junction - Middlemarch Main Highway, commencing at the southern end of the Deep Stream Deviation near the western corner of Section 18, Block V, Lee Stream Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-north-westerly direction and terminating at the northern end of the Deep Stream Deviation in the vicinity of the north-eastern corner of Section 5, Block IV, Lee Stream Survey District, being a distance of 1 mile 2 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 85767, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
HIGHWAY DISTRICT No. 17.
Mosgiel Junction - Middlemarch.—All that road or portion of road in the Taieri County known as the Deep Stream Deviation, commencing at its junction with the existing Mosgiel Junction - Middlemarch Main Highway near the western corner of Section 18, Block V, Lee Stream Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-north-easterly and north-westerly direction by way of the said Deep Stream Deviation and terminating at its junction with the existing Mosgiel Junction - Middlemarch Main Highway in the vicinity of the north-eastern corner of Section 5, Block IV, Lee Stream Survey District, being a distance of 1 mile 40 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked P.W.D. 85766, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

The Eastern and Southern Sides of Cornwall Street, in the City of Christchurch, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of December, 1933.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the thirteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, viz. :
“ The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, by resolution hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern and southern sides of that street known as Cornwall Street ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern and southern sides of Cornwall Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern and southern sides of all that street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Cornwall Street, fronting part Rural Section 311, being the land comprised in Certificates of Title, Volume 179, folio 116, Volume 329, folio 80, and Volume 257, folio 12 (Christchurch Registry).
As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86490, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
