HENDERSON TOWN BOARD.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE AS SECURITY FOR LOAN OF £1,000.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Henderson Town Board hereby resolves as follows:

That, for the purpose of providing interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of one thousand pounds (£1,000) authorized to be raised by the Henderson Town Board pursuant to the terms of Warrants issued under section 135 of the Public Works Act, 1928, and under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, for the purpose of meeting its share of the cost of constructing two new bridges, including approaches thereto, on the Auckland-Helensville Main Highway, the said Henderson Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one farthing (¼d.) in the pound (£1) upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable property in the whole of the Henderson Town District, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of May in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

I HEREBY certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Henderson Town Board at a properly constituted special meeting of the said Board held on the 19th day of January, 1933.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and its amendments, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:

That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of forty-six thousand nine hundred pounds (£46,900) to be known as the Wellington City Overdraft and Sundry Works Loan 1898 Repayment Loan 1908 Repayment Loan, 1933, authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of a loan of forty-six thousand nine hundred pounds (£46,900) maturing on the 30th day of June, 1933, the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one twenty-fifth of a penny (1/25d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten (10) years from the 30th day of June, 1933, or until the loan is fully paid off.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and its amendments, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:

That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of one hundred thousand pounds (£100,000) to be known as the Wellington City (Part Melrose District) Drainage Loan 1908 Renewal Loan, 1933, authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the abovementioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of a loan of one hundred thousand pounds (£100,000) maturing on the 1st day of May, 1933, the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of nine one-hundredths of a penny (9/100d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of fifteen (15) years from the 1st day of May, 1933, or until the loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and its amendments, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:

That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of forty-four thousand five hundred pounds (£44,500) to be known as the Wellington City Milk Supply Loan, 1933, authorized to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above mentioned Act for the purpose of recouping capital expenditure on the city milk-supply undertaking at present advanced on bank overdraft twenty thousand pounds (£20,000), and redeeming the outstanding liability in respect of a loan of twenty-eight thousand pounds maturing on the 31st day of March, 1933, twenty-four thousand five hundred pounds (£24,500), the said Wellington City Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one twenty-fifth of a penny (1/25d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the City of Wellington, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of five (5) years from the 31st day of March, 1933, or until the loan is fully paid off.
