Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto under the conditions set forth in the said Act; and doth hereby authorize, pursuant to the said section thirty-six, the acceptance of the purchase-price in instalments extending over a period not exceeding five years.

Extending Time for holding General Election of Members of the Kaikoura River Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of January, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section twenty-seven of the River Boards Act, 1908, it is provided that on the second Tuesday in January, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and on the same day in each succeeding third year thereafter, the ratepayers of the district shall elect the required number of persons to be members of the Board of such district:
And whereas it is expedient to extend the time for holding the triennial election in the Kaikoura River District:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section forty-two of the River Boards Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the time for holding the general election of members of the Board of the Kaikoura River District; and doth hereby order and declare that in the aforesaid river district the said general election shall be held and take place on Thursday, the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Pukerau Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Fredrick Ferdinand Trapski,
Robert John Potter,
George Gordon,
George Smith Valentine, and
George Robert Styles
to be the Pukerau Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Pukerau Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
