IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of M.S.C. MOTORS, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting
of shareholders of the above-named company held
on Thursday, 20th July, 1933, the following resolution was
passed :-
" That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company
that it cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business
and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that a
liquidator be appointed for the purpose of such winding-up,
and that Mr. L. W. Swan, Public Accountant, Auckland, be
appointed for the purpose of such winding-up."

Creditors of the above-named company are required on for
before the 4th day of August, 1933, to send their names,
addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims to the
liquidator, and if so required by notice in writing are to come
in and prove their debts or claims or in default thereof they
will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made

Thompson's Creek at the top of the Dunstan Range on
Andrew Scoular's Run where there is an old abandoned
water-race, and following said race-line 24 miles to area
applied for by applicant concurrently herewith.

to north-east.

Estimated time and cost of construction : Two years ;

Mean depth and breadth : 5 ft. by 4 ft.
