Notice to Mariners No. 50 of 1933.

ADMIRALTY PUBLICATIONS.

SUPPLEMENT No. 1 to Pacific Islands Pilot, Vol. II,
corrected to 30th May, 1933, has been published, and
may be obtained at Mercantile Marine Offices at the main
ports by persons who have purchased the volume in New
Zealand.

Notice that Land is vested in the Public Trustee pursuant to
the Provisions of Part II of the Public Trust Office Act,
1908.

WHEREAS by notice published in the New Zealand
Gazette on the 13th day of April, 1933, and in the
New Zealand Herald on the 29th day of April, 1933, the 6th
day of May, 1933, and the 13th day of May, 1933, the Public
Trustee did call upon the owner of all that parcel of land
containing 40 acres, more or less, being south-eastern part
of Allotment 208, Parish of Pukeatua, County of Eden,
bounded on the north by a road 100 links wide, 780 links ;
on the south-east by Allotments 209, 229, and 230, 4,850
links ; on the south-west by Allotment 181, 1120 links ; and
on the north-west by other part of Allotment 208, 4260 links ;
which said parcel of land was granted to James McCool, of
Shortland, Miner, by Crown grant, dated 9th day of January,
1869, within six months from the date of the publication of
the said notice in the New Zealand Gazette to establish his
title to the said land to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee,
and stated in such notice that if the said owner did not do so
the Public Trustee would exercise with regard to the said
land all the powers and authorities granted to the Public
Trustee in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II,
and its amendments : And whereas the owner of the said
land has not established his title thereto : And whereas
the value of the said land is less than £500 : Now, the Public

Trustee gives notice, pursuant to the provisions of section
67 (d) of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, as amended by the
provisions of section 38 of the Public Trust Office Amendment
Act, 1921, that the said land is vested in the Public Trustee
and will be administered under the provisions of the Public
Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II, and its amendments.
