A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Alton Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 8 acres 2 roods 17 perches.
Adjoining Sections 128, 129, 132, 133, 136, 138, 140, 142, 143, 144, 145, 63, 64, and 146, Block III, Alton Survey District. (S.O. plan R. 650.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/459A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2657, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of November, 1933.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Rangitoto Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 2 roods 0Β·1 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 10342, and being part Block VII, Rangitikei District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 86155, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of November, 1933.
